TECHNICAL DESIGN / PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We take care of the design and planning of any aquaculture infrastructure or any of its parts delivering them with the highest quality. We also design modifications or extensions of existing plants with or without RAS system. We carry out the integral design of pathogen free fish farms.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
We can offer our treatment plants as a turnkey project, which will only have to be connected to the inlet and outlet water, as well as the assembly and installation of any farm part or equipment.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO SITE MANAGEMENT
We assist and support our clients in the construction processes of partial or complete aquaculture facilities, designed either by us or by third parties; using our experience and know-how in order to improve results and save costs.
AQUACULTURE CONSULTANCY AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

CONVERSION OF EXISTING PLANTS
We manage the conversion process of existing open circuit farms evolving to closed circuit: feasibility study, cost estimation, solution development and final execution.
EQUIPMENT SUPPLY AND DESIGN
We supply, assemble and advise on the acquisition of any necessary equipment. We can develop custom-made devices to meet specific needs.
WATER TREATMENT
Our treatment plants return to culture water the ideal characteristics for aquatic animals life. The highest treatment level consists of: coarse mechanical filtration, biological filtration, proteins elimination, organic matter oxidation, fine filtration with sand and disinfection with ultraviolet light.
HYDRAULIC DESIGN
The hydraulic design helps to protect against pathogens, prevents their proliferation and increases the overall mechanical efficiency. We offer optimized designs that integrate the system in the functional program of the building while ensuring efficient and proper conduction of process water.
ELECTRIC SYSTEMS
We design the power supply and management systems for the electrical devices and plants that we produce, ensuring the appropriate efficiency and safety as well as interoperability with possible existing elements. The complexity level of the interaction with our electrical panels is set according to customer preferences.
AUTOMATION / SKADA
Possibility of almost complete automation of the plant. Depending on the preferences, a wide variety of options can be included: PLC´s programming, remote control, SKADA, multi platform control, mobile phone alarm notification system, complex security systems, etc…
PLASTICS TECHNOLOGY
We have a long experience in the work with Plastics and high technical knowledge about them. Their high chemical and corrosion resistance make them excellent materials for working in saline environments for their durability and results. Thanks to our cutting edge machinery+technology, we can manufacture tanks, fat separators, structures, supports, coatings, benches… etc
TANKS / HYDRODYNAMICS
Hydrodynamics is of vital importance in culture tank design due to its influence in fish life and the dragging or settlement of harmful sediments. We design and manufacture our tanks combining this factor with the plastic materials technology, the biological needs of the different species as well as the degrees of growth offering state-of-the-art culture tanks.
